The vanilla of the Bourbon variety, botanically called “Planifolia”, is partly imported by us directly from Madagascar, where this rarity mainly grows. If you are looking for the typical vanilla aroma, you will find all your wishes in these pods: intense fragrance, strong taste, full-bodied notes. Accordingly, the spice is suitable for almost all dishes that gain vanilla aromas – and there are some.

Our vanilla pods are available exclusively in gourmet quality, i.e. the pods are dark brown, undamaged, still have a residual moisture of around 35% and a great aroma.
